matters needing attention

(1) Wear the mask correctly and use it after passing the inspection. The mask must be sealed and there is no hair or beard between the mask and the skin to ensure that the mask is sealed.

How to measure pressure

1. Open the cylinder valve of the air respirator and check the pointer of the pressure gauge. The pointer should be within the green grid area.

2. Take the replacement valve in the air respirator out of the holder, and plug it into the corresponding position in the mask. If you hear a "click" inside, it means that the supply valve of the respirator has been correctly connected to the mask.

3. Take a deep breath, which should be rapid, so that it can start the breathing valve of the respirator.

4. Breathe repeatedly for 12 times, and feel the air flow in the breath again.

5. Turn the red knob of the air respirator rapidly, and when you open it, you will feel that the air flow in the air has a significant trend of strengthening.

The air supply device is equipped with a new air supply valve with small volume, light weight and stable performance; High strength back plate and high quality high-pressure gas cylinder with high safety factor shall be selected; The pressure reducing valve device is equipped with a residual gas alarm, which can send an audible signal to the wearer within the specified cylinder pressure range.

There is a certain gap between the air respirator and foreign countries in the three major components of the full face mask, air supply valve and back frame. Foreign full face masks and back frames are designed and manufactured according to ergonomic principles. The sealing frame of full face masks is soft and has good sealing performance; The back frame fits well with the back of the human body, making it comfortable to carry and evenly stressed; The air supply valve has large air supply flow and flexible valve.

Cleaning

The outer layer of the air purifying respirator often accumulates a lot of dirt such as dust and bacteria in the outside air, while the inner layer blocks the exhaled bacteria and saliva. Therefore, the two sides cannot be used alternately, otherwise the dirt contaminated in the outer layer will be inhaled into the human body when it is directly close to the face, and become a source of infection. When the mask is not worn, it should be folded and put into a clean envelope, and the side close to the mouth and nose should be folded inward. Never put it into your pocket or hang it around your neck.

If the air purifying respirator is wetted by the exhaled heat or saliva, its role in blocking bacteria will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is better to prepare more masks for replacement at ordinary times. They should be changed once a day. When washing, scald for 5 minutes.

Air purifying respirators should be cleaned and disinfected every day, and both gauze masks and air filtering masks can be sterilized by heating. The specific methods are:

1. Clean. First, gently rub the gauze mask with warm water and soap. The bowl shaped mask can be gently brushed with a soft brush dipped in detergent, and then washed with clean water. Please note that do not rub the gauze forcibly, because if the warp and weft gap is too large, it will lose the function of preventing droplets.

2. Disinfection. Soak the cleaned mask in 2% peracetic acid solution for 30 minutes, boil it in boiling water for 20 minutes or steam it in a steamer for 15 minutes, and then dry it for standby. This method is applicable to gauze masks and bowl shaped masks.

3. Check. Before reuse, carefully check whether the masks and masks are still in good condition. For gauze masks and masks, light transmission inspection method can be adopted, that is, take care of them in front of the lamp to see if there are any obvious light spots, and whether the light transmission rate of the middle part and the edge part is the same. If there is any doubt, replace them with new ones. In any case, masks and masks should be updated after 3 to 7 times of cleaning, and masks with excellent quality can be cleaned 10 times. The activated carbon adsorption respirator should pay attention to the regular replacement of the activated carbon interlayer. If the activated carbon interlayer is not replaceable, it should be replaced after 7 to 14 days of use. This respirator cannot be reused after cleaning.
